Starting from June 2025, we are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join our kitchen brigade.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing their assigned section, contributing to the preparation of dishes and maintaining the high quality standards of the property. The role requires attention to the quality of ingredients, efficient organization of work, and proper execution of service in collaboration with the rest of the kitchen team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques
- Attention to the quality of ingredients and eye for detail
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining high service standards
- Team spirit, precision, and reliability
